Concurrent with the government's commitment to deliver its mega project to develop flats for 80,000 people in the reclaimed Hulhumale' second phase, Island Expert Pvt Ltd has also taken the opportunity in developing 1 units of 15 Storey Residential Tower. The project was contracted out to Island Expert in November 2017.
