ISLAND EXPERT PRIVATE LIMITED is a foreign investment entity established by a consortium of professionals from distinguished international construction firms. Since its founding on 10th November, 2010 we have specialized in the design and construction of new residential properties and solar power systems, the remodeling of existing structures, and the project management and maintenance of high-end resorts.

Each project is meticulously managed by our team of seasoned professionals, which includes experts in architecture, engineering, quantity surveying, and other relevant disciplines. Our management team is comprised of individuals from Thailand, the Philippines, Malaysia, the Maldives, and Germany.

Our leadership adheres to an open-door policy, with our Chairman, Mr. Anon Songpanya, personally engaged in every project. This hands-on approach ensures the cultivation of strong relationships between our clients and the company.

The objectives of the company are articulated in the Memorandum of Association and the Articles of Association. The board of directors is committed to steering the company towards prosperity by collectively overseeing its operations while addressing the interests of shareholders and stakeholders.
